PETS:

As for the rules stated in your signed lease, no pet is to be outside unattended. This means if you let your dog outside to use the restroom please stay with them. All dog waste must be picked up at your space daily. This avoids needless frustrations and disturbance to your neighbor’s. if failed to do so your pet privileges could be revoked.

As well as cats, please do not place food out for any strays around your home or they will become your pet. If so, please take them inside only and report your new pet to the office, all pets need to be park approved. thank you.

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday the park office will be closed beginning Thursday, November 27^th & Reopen Monday December 1st 2025, In case of an emergency please call 911.  For a park issue please call the on-call number at 661-416-8634. Rancho Mirage would like to wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving.
